Green Canoe does not operate a kitchen, giving you flexibility to arrange food from a local restaurant, food truck or caterer. Tell us what you have in mind, and we can help explain the options and requirements for your gathering.

Located approximately 90 minutes from Fort Worth and two hours from Dallas and Austin, Hico makes an easy gathering place for family and friends coming from different parts of Texas.
Guests can explore downtown Hico’s locally owned shops, restaurants and historic attractions, then gather at Green Canoe for an evening under the lights. Boutique lodging and other accommodations are available nearby for guests staying overnight.
